Our Process
1. Provide Quote Information
Email us for a quote template form. Fill in all the details on the form and return to admin Email or visit our website where you will find our order forms. *Attach all artwork and specification.
2. Receive Quote
Creative Heroes will use all the
information provided to produce aestimate for you. The estimate will before forward back for your approval. Quote are normal done with24 hours may vary depending on complexity.
3. Quote Acceptance
Accept quote by clicking the approved link on the estimate. This will automatically send you a invoice for 50% payment. Open the invoice pay the deposit via Credit card or bank transfer.
4. Job Card for Approval
Creative Heroes will prepare your project specs. Create a Job card and email back for your final approval. This can be accepted by click the link.
5. Completion Notification
Creative Heroes will contact you via email to let you know your project is complete and in pack ready for collection.
6. Finalise Payment
Your final invoice for all outstanding funds will be email right after your completion notification. All fund must be paid and cleared prior to collecting or shipment.
7. Receiving your Goods
Creative Heroes will pack your good accordingly for you to collect or freight. Collection time must be pre arranged.
8. Leave Feedback
