Terms & Conditions + Warranty + Returns & Refunds

These Terms & Conditions apply to all signage, printing, and related services supplied by Creative Heroes.
1. Quotations & Orders
Quotes are valid for 30 days. Work commences only after written approval and/or deposit.
2. Payment Terms
Deposit required before production. Balance due on completion or prior to installation unless agreed.
3. Design & Artwork
Quotes are valid for 30 days. Work commences only after written approval and/or deposit.
4. Production & Installation
Lead times are estimates only. Installations subject to weather and site conditions.
5. Ownership & Risk
Goods remain property of Creative Heroes until paid in full. Risk transfers upon delivery/installation.
6. Warranty
Creative Heroes warrants workmanship and materials for 12 months or manufacturer warranty. Excludes fading, weathering, misuse, or vandalism.
7. Returns & Refunds
Custom signage is non-refundable except as required under Australian Consumer Law. Returns must be requested in writing within 7 days of defect notice.
8. Liability
Liability limited to value of goods/services supplied. Creative Heroes excludes indirect or consequential loss.
9. Consumer Guarantees
Nothing excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by Queensland law.
